Chaz was a competitive athlete long ago: a rising basketball star. If only she hadn't broken her ankle (but she made the shot)! If only she had discovered yoga then! But that experience has helped Chaz understand the mind of an athlete and offer what is required to ensure success!

Head Coach James McFadden of the VAAS Vipers baseball team (CIF DIV III 2017 Champions; CIF DIV II 2019 Champions) talks about his experience bringing Yoga with Chaz to his team.
