We will be staying at a Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok with a block of discounted rooms pre-retreat. We have also booked an optional delicious walking food tour through Bangkok on January 12 as well as a temples tour on the 11th. We suggest flying into Bangkok at least one night before the 13th so as to ensure you are on the flight from Bangkok to Koh Samui on the 13th. CANCELLATION POLICY:

A full refund will be granted if you can cancel for any reason up to four months prior to the retreat travel date, provided nothing non-refundable has been paid for you to attend. If you cancel within three months of the retreat, if we cannot replace your spot, a full refund will be granted minus costs already incurred for your planned participation.

If you cancel within two months (or less than) of the retreat, if we cannot replace your spot, no refund will be granted. We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance (for medical expenses or cancellation costs for any reason). Just click "Insure It."

If we cancel the retreat due to lack of attendance, we will issue a full refund; we will first seek to postpone the retreat to a future date. We understand that "sh*t happens" and aim to be as fair with our refund policy as possible.

Additionally, she is a personal trainer and a well revered Thai yoga massage therapist within the bodywork community.
