TRAVEL INFO: We have a great team who can help you make this whole process easy and affordable, including airfare! We will be staying at Sofitel Athens pre and post retreat with a block of discounted rooms April 5, 6, and 14th. We have also booked an optional delicious walking food tour through Athens on April 6th. Join us! We suggest flying into Athens at least one night before April 7th, so as to ensure you are on the shuttle from Sofitel early in the afternoon to head to the Piraeus Port to board the ferry! Randi Maggid is an acclaimed BreathWork Facilitator and Shamanic Energy Healer, as well as author of Beverly Hills Concentration Camp: A Healing Journey and Memoir in which she discusses her personal story of being a daughter of Holocaust survivors, and her journey to heal herself from emotional and physical pain, that led her to teach others to do so.
She offers group classes and private sessions in Pranayama Yoga breathing, a two-stage technique that helps move energy in the body and invite ease while releasing fears and blocks. This conscious breathing brings about a meditative state of calm, relaxation and joy while illuminating truth and awakening spirituality. Healing through breath can be an astonishing experience and also provide healing breakthroughs.
She has appeared on numerous television and radio shows and lectures around the country. She lives with her husband and children in Los Angeles.

Based in New York, Sharon is a known for classes that celebrate the joy of movement and its connection with breath, while at the same time nourish and empower the spirit. For more than 20 years, she has been a dedicated teacher to students of all levels and ages. As Founder of Lyric Yoga and Wellness (Tucson, Arizona), she created a yoga center and extended community with programs in schools, hospitals, resorts, and corporate settings. Also in Tucson, she was an instructor for Providence Institute’s Yoga Teacher Training program; and, for several years, she served as Managing Editor of Arizona Yoga magazine. In addition to her signature flow classes, Sharon offers her expertise in specialized classes such as Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Meditation. Current projects she's excited about: her role as Founder and CEO of National Parks Yoga, as a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Mindfulness and Well-Being in Law Committee, and as advisory board member for Souljourn Yoga Foundation. Off the mat, she also devotes much of her time and energy to animal advocacy.
